Conditional Offer Letter (COL)

• International Students attending English Intensive Course (EIC) OR Students from Faculty Islamic Studies must ensure that fulfill the English Language Competency requirement of IELTS / TOEFL / Malaysia University Exam Test (MUET) and the result will submit to EMGS upon Renewal of Student Pass application within the first two (2) years of studies.

Offer Letter (OL)

• To be issued for an eligible applicant whom poses English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS/TOEFL) with satisfactory grade.

Document Needed

1. A copy of Original Academic Certificate (Other than English must be translate into English version + Original version)
2. A copy of Passport (Bio-metric page and all pages with a visa information)
3. English Language Qualification (IELTS / TOEFL / Malaysia University Exam Test (MUET)
4. Photo: A passport size photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm)

7. Payment for EMGS RM 3,000.00

The complete application will be submitted to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) at Kuala Lumpur for a Student Pass (Visa Approval Letter-VAL)

Remarks: Your visa application will be subjected to the relevant security vetting process and the eVAL will be at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Once you arrive in Malaysia, you are required to visit the immigration counter at the point of entry. Our representative will meet you before you can be cleared through Immigration.

Once you arrive in Malaysia, you are required to pay Personal Bond Fee based on country origin.
